What is a transport manager course?

The Transport Manager CPC is a professional qualification that is essential for anyone responsible for managing freight and haulage operations. In the UK, HGV operators must demonstrate professional competence to secure and retain an Operator’s Licence, and this certification is the standard for doing that.

How is the course assessed?

You will need to pass 2 exams to showcase your knowledge from the course. The first exam is a case study, a 2 hour exam where you will be given three case study questions which will each focus on a specific module from your training. To pass you need to get 50% correct.

The other exam you’ll need to complete is the multiple-choice exam. Another 2-hour exam where you’ll be given 40 multiple-choice questions to evaluate your learnt knowledge. To pass, you need to reach 28/40 marks.
