How do the exams work?
The goal of the complete course is to give the learner the knowledge and understanding they need to complete their road haulage paper 1 and 2 exams. For the online Transport Manager CPC exams, you will complete your exams at home; however, there are certain conditions you must follow. You must complete your exam in a room, by yourself, keep your camera and microphone on, and minimise time away from your screen.
Case Study Exam
For the case study exam, there are three case study questions which each focus on a specific module from the course. This exam lasts 2 hours 15 minutes, and you will need to answer 50% correctly to pass (30 out of 60 marks).
Multiple Choice Exam
The multiple-choice exam is a closed-book exam, so you won’t be able to have any supporting resources during your examination. The goal of this assessment is to assess your understanding of the core knowledge needed to be a transport manager. This paper will last 2 hours, and you will need 28 marks out of 40 to pass.
To achieve the CILT(UK) Level 3 Certificate of Professional Competence for Transport Managers, learners will need to pass both Paper 1 and Paper 2.
