We have the following courses that are CPC approved:
- Driver Essentials – By the end of this course, students will be able to answer questions on how long they are legally allowed to drive for, the correct use of a tachograph and be aware of the working limits under the working time directive.
- Driving Principles – On completion of this course students will be able to demonstrate a greater awareness of vulnerable road users, operating vehicles within their limits and the penalties that can be issued for noncompliance.
- Emergency First Aid & Health and Safety – At the end of this course students will be able to demonstrate what action should be taken when confronted with someone requiring emergency first aid treatment. Students will successfully be able to identify different types of illnesses and provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
- Smart Motorways – Students will learn the different types of Smart motorways and their safety design features. Signs and signals and the appreciation of how technology enables traffic flow will also be covered. Students will understand how your driving attitude affects road safety. They will be able to evaluate the hazards involved in Smart Motorway driving by becoming familiar with the techniques and skills to avoid collisions and understand how weather affects driving conditions.
- Vehicle Defects & Driver Licencing – By the end of this course, students will be able to identify the types of checks that drivers need to complete on their vehicles. They will also be able to identify the main features of the driver’s licence and understand the licence coding system. Students should also be able to answer questions on safe and fuel-efficient driving and understand techniques involved in reducing fuel consumption.

I completed my car to C+E Fast Track with Alex at Theale and passed first time! I'm in no doubt this was down to expert instruction by Alex who was fantastic throughout my two week course. A professional, knowledgeable instructor who calmly guided me through the process from scratch to test. I would highly recommend 2 Start to anyone wanting to learn how to drive cat C or C+E and no doubt anything else. They have great equipment, facilities and instructors and will be the first choice for me if I look to add any more categories to my license and for CPC training.

I had a really good time with Roy C from 2Start learning how to drive a rough terrain forklift. I thought I had quite a lot of driving experience but learning to drive the rough terrain forklift was one of the most challenging thing I have done for a while. Ray C is a great teacher and simplified the complex process of lifting and moving objects with the forklift by breaking down the various tasks contained in the test into manageable sections so that it was easier to learn. I highly recommend 2start Training and Roy C as a great instructor.

Thanks so much John for all your help getting me test ready! I felt so comfortable and confident on the day because of all your patience with me, as I learnt to drive the van, and be a better person. Sadly, I let you, and myself down on the day, when I miss read the speed limit on one section of road, that lost me the pass.
