Dell Joined the Southampton (Otterbourne) team in March 2021, and is the assistant depot manager of Southampton, as well as an instructor for C1(+E) Driver Training; B+E Driver Training; Cat C (+E) Driver Training; C+E Driver Training; Forklift Training and LGV Instructor Training.Dell has completed National Register of LGV Iinstructors, as well as becoming an ITSSAR Forklift Instructor & examiner; Mod 4 examiner; 3A examiner and a J3 operator.
Since joining 2 Start, Dell has completed Driver Assesor with RoSPA and HGV Advanced driver RoSPA training.
Dell is Ex Army (RCT), 53 years young, and has been in the logistics industry 36 years!
Although Dell loves to teach students, he also has an interest in classic cars; motorcycles and fast cars (He has also met the “actual” Wombles in London in 1976!)
Dell loves to see students pass their training, and says to those who are thinking about training with 2 Start to “Do it!…(in Otterbourne obviously!)”
