How Much Does ADR Training Cost?

ADR training is a highly specific and niche field, that requires specialist training. If you chose to take an ADR course here at 2 Start, we will give you extensive knowledge and skills on how to deal with dangerous substances and enable you to achieve your ADR licence.

The type of ADR training that you need will affect the cost that you will pay for your training. At 2 Start we supply a range of different ADR courses at varying price points. This allows us to cater the training to your specific needs, whether you’re a driver, packer or anyone who handles hazardous goods.

The different types of ADR training we provide are:

ADR – Classes 2,3,4,5,6,8 & 9 which costs £550

ADR Training – Core, Packages & tanks which costs £700

All Classes 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 & 9 which costs £1400

ADR Class 1 – Explosives only which costs £350

ADR Class 7 – Radioactive only which costs £350

Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor (DGSA) which costs £1605

If you are planning on driving/transporting hazardous substances by vehicle then you will need the relevant licencing for the vehicle in which you are going to drive. Therefore, if you are planning on moving products by car you will need a full drivers’ licence. This could potentially add on costs for you if you don’t have a drivers’ licence, as you’ll need to pay for driving lessons and a test as well as your ADR training. Additionally, depending on the size of your vehicle whether it be a lorry or tanker you will need to have an LGV licence. We provide both LGV 1 and LGV 2 training here at 2 Start, click the link below to see our LGV training courses.
