The PASMA Low-Level Access Course is ideal for those who have no formal qualifications or experience but it is favourable to have a basic understanding of work at height issues and typically takes half a day to complete. If you take this course, you will learn how to safely assemble, dismantle and relocate low-level work platforms without risking personal injury or to other delegates. This course has both theory and practical elements with a closed book exam which requires an 80% pass mark in both theory and practical.

What is PASMA?
PASMA stands for Prefabricated Access Suppliers’ and Manufacturers’ Association. This is a widely-recognised qualification for those who work at height using Mobile Access Towers.
What Does PASMA Training Cover?
On our PASMA low level access course will cover how to safely assemble, dismantle and relocate low level work platforms without the risk of personal injury or injury to any other delegates.
Do I Need PASMA Training?
Whilst PASMA training is not a legal requirement, it is still favourable amongst employers as it shows you are compliant and professionally trained at working on Mobile Access Towers at height.
Where Can I Complete my Training?
When we are able to fully offer this course, you will be able to complete at all of our depots which includes training centres in Portsmouth, Southampton, Reading and Worthing.
Additionally, this course will be available for you to complete on your site, using your equipment. however, there are some requirements that you will need to meet before you can complete this training at your site.
Requirements to Complete PASMA Training at Your Site
To complete our PASMA Low Level Access course on one of your sites, using your equipment, there are a few requirements that you will first need to reach. Some of the requirements include having suitable training facilities and space in order to carry out assessments and testing as well as having a training room big enough for the number of participants. Also, delegates will be required to wear PPE as per the company’s internal risk assessments.
