As an approved IPAF training course provider, as with our other accreditations, we are required to undergo annual and occasional audit visits by the accrediting bodies. This is to make sure that our centres, facilities, equipment, and processes remain compliant and give the very best training available in the industry for our candidates.
We recently received our first annual Audit by IPAF since registering as a training provider a year ago. Joe Vickers, 2 Start Training’s IPAF qualified trainer and Operations Director welcomed IPAF to our Southampton branch last week.
Some great feedback was given including that our facilities we’re shown as being to a high standard.
Here are some of the comments from the assessor:
Environment, comfort and restroom facilities – “All good and to a high standard”
Administration Pages – “All in exceptional order and very thorough”
Theory Testing – “All in excellent order and correctly completed”
“Due to your preparation and due diligence with your paperwork It was a pleasure to do the audit, so please keep up the good work and I look forward to seeing you again in the future”. No non-conformity points were identified during this visit.
At 2 Start we are keen to work closely with our accrediting bodies and partners to ensure that the very best training is provided for our students, and we will continue to welcome them to our training facilities.
