A very big well done to Joe Vickers, from our Southampton depot, who has received a glowing report following a recent JAUPT audit on one of his CPC courses.
Joe, receiving no action points or continuous improvements in this report, is a great example of the high standard of training that our instructors provide across the board, from CPC training to driver training.
Joe received some outstanding comments in this report, with the auditor going on to say that Joe “delivered a well-structured and informative course managing trainees effectively” through his use of “various techniques to create a training session well received by the trainees”.
Additional comments were made about Joe’s enthusiasm and positive attitude, and how this benefited students and helped in delivering a successful course.
Here at 2 Start Training, we pride ourselves on the high level of training our instructors provide, and Joe is a good example of this! Well done, Joe!
