Complete 1b IPAF Demonstration With 2 Start

During this course, you must show that you can carry out the necessary tasks revolving around the role of the demonstrator. You must be able to familiarise other operators regarding their responsibilities, and demonstrate safe pre-operational and operating procedures within the correct regulations.

Also, you must be able to identify the limitations of MEWPs.

Course Elements

As a demonstrator, you must show that you can understand and comprehend the following:

The pre-use checks carries out before operating/using a MEWP
Daily maintenance which must be carried out before commencing work(s)
The correct and safe method of operating a 1b MEWP
The appropriate emergency procedures
Specifications and limitations of the machine in order to enable safe operation

Course Completion

Once you have completed your course, you will obtain your IPAF certification, which outlines the training you have completed. This will also be added to your electronic Powered Access Licence (ePAL). Governed by the International Powered Access Federation, this course is approved by IPAF. This means that your training is provided by a legitimate provider who can supply accredited IPAF training courses.
