During your training, you will cover the following competencies. This includes the following:

Hazards and risks when it comes to abrasive wheels
Understanding the functions of abrasive wheels
Necessary PPE required
Understanding the importance and uses of components along with abrasive wheels

Consisting of both theory and practical learning, you must show your knowledge and understanding regarding safe use of this equipment. You must also present your understanding regarding the importance of risk assessments, PPE and how lack of safety with abrasive wheels can cause harm to yourself, and/or others.

Completing this course will build your confidence, skillsets, and knowledge regarding the use of abrasive wheels in your workplace.
